I am a licensed mental health counselor dedicated to supporting children, teens, and young adults find a greater sense of connection with themselves and others. I have worked with individuals struggling with eating disorder, depression, anxiety, and associated emotions, for the last 3 years. My work focuses on reconnecting to, and processing through, the underlying factors contributing to ineffective coping mechanisms. As a part of the LGBTQ+ community, I am passionate about providing a safe space for individuals in the queer community and providing gender affirming care to those navigating recovery from disordered eating.
