I am a licensed mental health counselor dedicated to supporting teens, and young adults find a greater sense of connection with themselves and others. I have worked with individuals struggling with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and associated emotions, for the last 6 years. My work focuses on reconnecting to, and processing through, the underlying factors contributing to ineffective coping mechanisms. As a part of the LGBTQ+ community, I am passionate about providing a safe space for individuals in the queer community and help clients recieve gender affirming care within their community.
